CORE is a private investor of retail properties located in primary and secondary MSA markets of Florida and the Southeast. CORE and its principals own and actively manage approximately 2,500,000 SF of properties throughout Florida and target experience-oriented properties with stable existing cash flow and upside potential through active management. CORE leverages their experience and relationships aiming to provide investors steady income with upside potential through active management.

CORE is vertically integrated with CPG leasing & management and handles all aspects of property oversight including on-site property management, engineering, maintenance, leasing, asset management and more.Outside of retail investments CORE has investments in technology, management (CPG) and other ancillary Real Estate ventures.

Adam Greenberg, ccim

Managing Principal

Adam Greenberg as managing principal of Core Investment Management has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions. In total, Adam has completed over $5B in transactions as principal and has over $4B in transactional CRE experience including complex debt and equity transactions. He is a designated CCIM and holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University (Presidential Scholar).

Michael Lapointe, CFA

Managing Principal

Michael Lapointe is managing principal with Core Investment Management, focusing on complex real estate and financing transactions including acquisitions, value-add repositioning, joint venture and development projects. Past transactions focus on retail, office, note sales, and hospitality. Mr. Lapointe has over $5B of principal experience throughout his career. Michael holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Miami. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Michael Lohmann, Principal

Principal

Michael Lohmann is a principal with Core Investment Management and oversees fund operations, acquisitions/dispositions, and all aspects of tenant negotiations for Core. Based in Miami, Florida, Mr. Lohmann has over 10 years experience in investment sales, tenant representation, agency representation, debt/equity placement and business origination. He has extensive expertise selling various property types including retail, office and multi-family assets.

Mr. Lohmann works with tenants and investors including high net worth individuals, private equity and other financial institutions. Mr. Lohmann spent his career at NKF working on tenant representation and capital markets where he transacted on over $350M in transactions.

Mr. Lohmann holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in economics from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

Scott Gordon, Principal

Principal

Scott Gordon is a principal with Core Investment Management focusing on underwriting, acquisitions/dispositions, and fund level financial analysis and decision-making. His experience in the industry has involved capital markets, investment sales, and leasing, including $400M+ in debt/equity origination and placement. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Miami. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Lynn University. Before Real Estate, Scott was a professional in Major League Soccer (MLS).
