For the past 10 years, Michael Lapointe, CFA and Adam Greenberg, CCIM have been managing entities that have acquired, stabilized, and either held for long term cash flow or disposed of more than $250 million of Florida real estate. In addition, both continue to be actively involved in the acquisition, development, stabilization and management of all assets.

Our principals have led the success of a number of assets through disposition, each of which has earned well above average returns for investors. In their 10+ years as principals, only one transaction has produced returns below those projected to investors. Their strategy is value-oriented in being mindful of cash flow and positioning the portfolio to perform through all investment cycles, not just positive ones.
